To promote the Movie "The hunchback of Notre Dame" the area in front of the (newly dressed) Castle was decorated with gigant bells with one of the gargoyles (Victor, Hugo or Laverne) on top. Every 15 minutes they ring the bells and dance. In the meantime the visitors can ring (electronic) bells inside and play their own tunes.
In the background you can see the Orbitron and Space Mountain
